The grandma of this group took advantage of her son, daughter-in-law and two cute grandkids being in town and scheduled a photo session. We've talked about doing this shoot many times so I was excited to finally meet them all. The week before the session I wished for clouds. I really needed clouds for this session. Well, I pretty much always wish for clouds (and never get them). This time I wished extra hard and got lucky! Although I am learning to come to terms with the fact that I can't really control the weather. :) Here are a few of my favorites from our awesome overcast day...

This family has been waiting patiently for their gallery. For them, here's a very little peek of a few of the kids. :)

I think Oliver had a good time exploring the riverfront area (it is pretty fun to explore). It's super important to me for kids to feel like what we're doing is fun. They get to play and be themselves and it's my job (along with mom and dad's help) to keep their running speed manageable. :) And sitting in one spot, well that's sometimes an awesome accomplishment. Some of my favorites of sweet Oliver running and sitting...

It's late so I am forced by tiredness to cut my gushing short -- but do know that I adore these two. Leo was totally hamming it up for the camera and I was loving it. And once Norah warmed up she was quickly following her brother's lead. And well the two of them together... sigh. :) It was hard to limit my favorites...
