To mark Charlie turning three (three already!) I got to spend the morning hanging out with Charlie and his mom (who happens to be one of my best friends). I sometimes wonder if Charlie and his older brother will always think of me as "mom's cool friend with the camera". Ok, the "cool" part might be a little wishful thinking. ;)

Fall brings with it lots of things I love. On this day it brought a beautiful setting (in one of my new favorite parks) and the opportunity to meet and spend time with this wonderful family. Here is just a selection on my many favorites from this session. :)

I've had the good fortune of getting to know this family over the past 2 years and each session gets better and better. Not to pick favorites, but our most recent time together was my favorite! :)

Another celebration of turning one years old. Norman decided to skip his morning nap on the day of our session. That, combined with being one, could mean trouble. But not for happy-go-lucky Norman. Lots of love in the air on this afternoon. And the cats and dogs even got in on the action. I achieved a personal number-of-pets-in-one-photo record with this family photo. Ok, I admit, I was pretty excited about it. But I have to give credit to some amazingly cooperative animals! :)

A fun new product for the holidays... mini accordion books! Great for holiday gifts. And keep one for yourself. :)

* hardcover with a frosted slipcover (for protection when traveling in purses, etc)
* choose from a variety of styles - including 2011 calendars
They are folded like an accordion & have magnets hidden inside the front and back covers to keep them closed. They really are super cute!
